This yearโs Amazing Diwali Bangkok Festival 2024 brought vibrant celebrations to Little India, leaving a lasting impression on locals and visitors alike. In a historic event, H.E. Prime Minister Ing Shinawatra (@ingshin) inaugurated the festival at Pahurat, Little India, Bangkok, alongside Ambassador Nagesh Singh, former Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, Minister of Tourism & Sports Sorawong Thienthong, and Bangkok Governor Chadchart Sittipunt.
From colorful Rajasthani folk dances performed by a cultural troupe from India (ICCR) to mouthwatering Indian and Thai cuisines, the festival showcased the spiritual and cultural diversity of both nations. The highlight was Queen Rachel Gupta and her team, Miss Grand International Top 8, joining the festivities the day after the grand inauguration, adding even more charm to the celebration.
Visitors from all walks of life gathered to experience a weeklong celebration of Diwali, creating a beautiful symbol of deepening ties between Thailand ๐น๐ญ and India ๐ฎ๐ณ. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also expressed his delight over the festival, extending best wishes and hope for even stronger cultural bonds between the two nations. ๐
